2009 Annual Membership Meeting The Annual Membership Meeting of the Red River Valley Association has been called and will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, at Diamond Jacks Convention Center, Bossier City, Louisiana for the following purposes: To elect Board of Directors for terms expiring, to hear reports of the Officers and Committees and to transact such other business that may properly come before the meeting. The Nominating Committee will report its candidates for Directors and additional nominations may be made from the floor. Each member has one vote which may be cast in person or
through a representative heretofore designated in writing or by proxy of
his/her choice. A form of proxy is printed below this notice for your
